Our commitment is to process your orders swiftly, usually within a 24-hour window. However, during high-demand periods, this might extend to 72 hours. Rest assured, your vape orders are dispatched through our dependable delivery network for prompt deliveries.
Estimated delivery durations and methods will be indicated at checkout, tailored to your location and chosen carrier. You'll receive a notification with tracking details once your order is ready to leave our facility.
Keep in mind that delivery time estimations don't include weekends or public holidays.
For optimal savings, think about placing larger orders to reduce shipping costs.
No Shipping Costs for U.S. Orders Over $99
This perk activates when your cart total exceeds $99, excluding taxes and any applied discounts. To avail of this, you must choose the Free Shipping option at checkout. Be aware that orders with paid shipping get priority over free shipping ones.
Mandatory Adult Signature Upon Delivery
Federal laws mandate that all vape orders be received with an Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) for packages with e-cigarette items. The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery.
An extra fee of $7 is applied for this service, visible during checkout. If it suits you better, we can send your vape items to a business address.
Order Processing & Shipping Details
Orders typically process between 24 to 72 business hours before dispatch. Post-processing, a tracking alert will be sent to keep you in the loop. The chosen shipping method and estimated delivery time are shared at checkout.
Approximate Transit Durations
- Eastern U.S.: 1-3 business days* in transit.
- Western U.S.: 3-6 business days* in transit.
*Please note, during peak sales seasons, processing might stretch to 5 business days. Our dedicated team ensures timely deliveries, and we appreciate your patience.
We handle orders from 8:00AM PST - 4PM PST, Monday to Friday. Carriers don't operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
If a package comes back due to an address error, we aren't bound to refund or reship at our cost. Returns due to missed adult signature or ID verification may incur a $15 restocking fee.
Orders containing prohibited items might get partially or fully canceled. Refunds will be issued where applicable.
Certain locations prohibit vape sales, including:
- San Francisco
And flavored e-liquids can't be shipped to:
- New York
- New Jersey
- Rhode Island
- Washington D.C.
In Maryland, we can't send Disposable Vapes. For New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, discounts are restricted.
Missing or Unreceived Orders
Issues with lost or undelivered packages must be addressed by the customer with the chosen carrier. Vybrant Vape assists where it can, but package issues should be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Vybrant Vape can't be held accountable for packages marked as delivered by third-party shippers. Any arising issues must be discussed directly with the shipper.
Erroneous or incomplete address entries by customers might lead to delays or returns. Vybrant Vape isn't liable for expenses stemming from such mistakes.
