Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the order's original address.
For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE if opened or used:
Disposable Vape out of the box - Unless defective
For products with special seals, such as packaging with tamper-proof stickers, they cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless defective.
Delivery Issues Protocol
Should you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We urge you to inspect your items promptly upon receipt. It falls under your responsibility to inform us within this timeframe about any issues. If necessary, you might need to return the incorrect items to us. Start the return process by emailing us at email@example.com. Please note that minor scratches, cosmetic flaws, and discoloration, which are deemed as standard wear and tear, are not covered by Vybrant.
For refund, replacement, or exchange inquiries, reach out to our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ensure you include your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, PHONE NUMBER, and the REASON for the return. We might ask for photographic or video evidence to support your claim. Once your return is approved, you'll be guided on how to send back the package.
Please avoid using regular or paper envelopes for returns. These do not offer adequate protection and could result in lost or damaged items during transit. Instead, use padded envelopes or boxes. Inadequate packaging may lead to the denial of your return.
Costs for Return Shipping
Customers might have to bear the shipping costs when returning items. We do not provide replacements; instead, credit will be issued to your account. Note that charges related to Adult Signature Service and all other shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds can be processed to the original payment method (like credit card, debit card, etc.) or given as store credit. Vybrant Vape holds no responsibility for refunds directed to a prepaid or cancelled card if the cardholder no longer possesses it.
